The Sylvie Silk Fabric Standard
Every textile fabric offered through Sylvie Silk is represented as 100% silk.
The individual product page will identify the applicable fabrication and provide the information available for that fabric, which may include:
- silk fabrication;
- fiber content;
- fabric width;
- momme or weight;
- color;
- surface appearance;
- transparency;
- drape;
- suggested applications;
- care guidance; and
- country of origin where applicable.
Sylvie Silk does not describe a blended textile as 100% silk. Any relevant non-textile component, finish, embellishment, or construction detail will be identified when applicable.
Sylvie Silk Color Series 600
Sylvie Silk fabrics are presented through the Color Series 600, a coordinated collection developed for the Sylvie Silk fabric and product range.
The series includes selected colors in:
- silk charmeuse;
- silk crêpe de Chine;
- silk habotai;
- silk georgette;
- silk chiffon; and
- silk organza.
Not every color will necessarily be available in every fabrication. Product pages will show the colors and quantities currently offered.
This coordinated system allows customers to explore related silk fabrications while maintaining a consistent Sylvie Silk color story.

The right silk depends on the appearance, weight, transparency, structure, and movement required for the project.
